Fabulous 100% black wool felt cloche hat by Henry Pollak Inc, NY.  Slightly flared brim.  Silk satin braided cord trim with metallic gold clusters on ends adds just the right amount of detail.  Black grosgrain ribbon as band set right where brim meets body of hat.  A stunning & rare vintage hat in a timeless style.

HEIGHT:  @ 7.5"
CIRCUMFERENCE: 20 3/4" inside band (very little "give"~~please measure carefully)

CONDITION: Excellent.  I would say Mint but there is a pinprick on the left side of the brim @ 1/4" down from cord which is barely visible.  A stunning hat in amazing condition.
