What Some Girls Want

Horse~loving gal that I am, I was quite amused to learn that Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy used her rights as wife of Commander in Chief in a most plausible way--to get her gift~horse home to her stable...and that is, apparently, what some women really want...and pretty yet comfy lingerie.  Refreshing, tasteful, isn't it?  First time I wore my husband's pajama top I knew menswear had it's place in our world ladies, take note.

How To Answer The Man in The Grey Suit

This sexy 1940s number will debut in our booth at The Urban Vintage Bazaar this Saturday afternoon.  If for some strange reason it happens to return home with me, look for it later this month in the shop. 
It reminds me of the infamous Charles James dress Angelina Jolie wore in The Tourist which I wrote about earlier this year...Angelina, if you like it, send me an email.

The Snow Queen

She pulls the suit from the back of her closet.  Drawing her bath she sips her champagne, smiling to herself.  It's been such a very long time.  She takes her time selecting her lingerie.  Not that he'll know, but I will.  She sits at her vanity...taking her time with the rituals involved.  Will he say I haven't changed a bit?  She laughs to herself again, this time aloud.  She clips on her pearl earrings and slips on the ring he gave her so long ago.  She sprays her perfume into the air and allows it to fall over her like very fine snowflakes.  The Snow Queen...isn't that what he called me when I told him it was over?
